This exquisitely decorated beach home can accommodate up to 12 for dining, has outdoor spaces for al fresco dining, BBQ's and sitting areas surrounded by lush landscaping. The home provides the warmth and character of a nautical beach home perfect for a summer vacation, winter escape, relaxing getaway week or corporate retreat.

The BEACH BUNGALOW is nestled in a private garden separate from the Nautical home. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with optional 3rd bedroom features a fireplace, cozy living room that opens to the remodeled, well-equipped kitchen. The dining/sitting room has a Murphy bed for additional sleeping area. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, one off the kitchen/dining area and a private patio off the master.

These homes can be rented individually or together. Nestled in a gated compound with 2 parking spaces for each bungalow. Spacious and roomy each home is immaculate and welcoming. Once you vacation here, you will be back year after year!

For an additional charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. Rates
$4,700/week or $783/night or $14,000/month during the Winter Season
$5,600/week or $933/night during Holidays
$6,100/week or $1,017/night during Mid Season
$7,500/week or $1,250/night during the Summer Season

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
