A summer 2010 remodel, Kai Vista is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Luxury Beach condo that includes 2 King Suites, spectacular ocean views from the balcony and living room, and is located in the desired beach neighborhood of Windansea Beach just steps from the white sandy beach!

This second floor unit is delightfully decorated in a beachy-chic theme that will surely set the mood for your stay. This condo has an open floor plan with everything that you need, like a home away from home. The kitchen is light and bright and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a counter-top bar which divides the kitchen and living room.

The great room features vaulted ceilings floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead to the furnished balcony where you will enjoy beautiful panoramic ocean views. The living area is furnished with a 52" plasma screen television, DVD player, full cable channels including MLB Extra Innings & NFL Sunday Ticket, a home stereo system with radio/CD/ipod player, telephone, and WiFi High Speed Internet. The great room is also furnished with a memory foam cushion futon that doubles as a queen sized bed.

The two master suites both have king sized beds with memory foam mattresses, luxury linens, and down blankets and pillows. Each suite has its own full private bathroom with travertine floors and walls, modern sink consoles and tall windows to let in plenty of natural light. The bedrooms also feature ceiling to floor sliding doors that open to secluded private patios.

Plenty of beach goods are provided for use including beach cruiser style bicycles, beach chairs and towels, coolers, boogie boards, and sand toys. A full size washer and dryer is located in the garage for your convenience. Off street parking for one car is provided, in the driveway.

This rental home was carefully designed to exceed the expectations of the most discriminate vacationing family and is sure to generate lasting family memories! It is a short walk to very nice beach restaurants / bars that offer open air seating and great happy hour and lunch specials.

In addition to the local amenities within walking distance, we are less than a 5 minute drive to the La Jolla village which features countless other restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

For an additional charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. **These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or damage waiver.
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
