With white shutters, window boxes and Victorian gingerbread trim, this charming cottage may be the dream vacation home for you! Just one block from La Jolla Shores, one of the most popular beaches in San Diego County, and a 5 minute drive from La Jolla Cove, well known for its snorkeling and scuba diving, the property can accommodate up to 9 people.

Inside the cottage, the brightly lit kitchen has all the amenities you need with new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. It is complete with a breakfast nook and dining table decorated in blue and white. Magnificent hardwood floors cover the living room and bedrooms and designer linens and large chintz pillows all create the charm of an English beach house.

The living room provides the comfort you expect with a television, large overstuffed couch and loveseat, perfect for a relaxing evening by the fireplace. Each bedroom is decorated immaculately in blue, white, and turquoise, offering queen beds. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom look out onto the back patio and beautiful garden.

After a day at the beach, enjoy a barbeque on the backyard patio and dine under the stars with the vintage wrought iron dining set. The gardens and ocean breeze will provide a relaxing vacation experience. If you like to dine out, try Piattis, Barbarellas, Ostaria Romantica, or the Sea Lodge Hotel, all only half a block away. You can walk to La Jolla Village for more dining options and for world class shopping!

A washer, dryer, beach chairs, towels, and a beach buggy are provided for your use. In addition, you can rent equipment for scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing within a couple of blocks from the house. We can also arrange for the use of tennis courts and a pool.

The cottage is close to major freeways and most San Diego attractions including Sea World, the world famous San Diego zoo, and downtown's Gaslamp Quarter. It's just fourteen minutes from airport.

The home is electronically gated to ensure privacy and safety.

If you have a larger party than 9, the La Jolla Shores Beach Bungalow, right next door also accommodates 6 - 8 and may be available.

For an additional $15 charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival date. Your order plus the delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. $2,800/week or $467/night or $8,900/month during the Winter Season
$3,200/week or $533/night during Holidays
$3,500/week or $583/night during Mid Season
$4,700/week or $783/night during the Summer Season

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
