The Mermaid's Penthouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the 3rd floor of an elevator building that sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, television with full cable channels, private master bathroom with spacious walk-in tiled shower and large mirrored closets. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and large mirrored closets.

Make yourself at home in the tastefully decorated and inviting living room that features vaulted wood-beamed ceiling, original artwork, hardwood floors, large sectional leather couches and a stretch ottoman that offer AMAZING VIEWS from every seat.

The livingroom offers a television with all cable channels, VCR and stereo system will keep the family entertained after a day at the beach. The kitchen is brand new, with granite, maple and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the home and a phone (for local calls) all designed for your convenience. Wifi is also available.

The Mermaid's Penthouse debuted as a vacation rental this summer with complete guest satisfaction! Surfing, swimming, sight-seeing, people-watching, and Sea World . . . It's all right here! This home has its own off street parking space next to the building. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items available, please contact us.
