The Sand Castle is one of our newest homes to become available as a vacation rental. This amazingly beautiful home was custom built by the owners for their personal beach vacations. Now you can enjoy this home and their exquisite taste and style too! There are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in this two story home with roof top deck, located in La Jolla's charming Windansea
Beach neighborhood! Walk to beach and shops. One of Southern California's
most desirable areas. Close to all San Diego attractions.
You will find this dream home to be in excellent condition on your arrival!
And you will also find every amenity you may need - in
the unlikely event we don't have it, let us know and we'll make sure
it's there when you arrive. The large fully-equipped kitchen also offers
custom hard wood floors, gleaming cabinets, hand selected granite counter tops and a large center island perfect for whipping up any meal. The high end appliances include 6 burner gas range, two ovens, sub zero refrigerator, wine refrigerator and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen
is the dining room area with beautiful dining table and seating
for 6.
The living room is furnished with comfortable contemporary furnishings,
including, wooden blinds and special
touches throughout that create a luxurious place to play some games, watch
TV or curl up with your favorite novel.
The romantic master bedroom offers a queen-size bed with
quality bedding, large walk in closet, custom coffee bar, flat screen television and views of the bright blue Pacific ocean. The private master bath is stunning with glass enclosed rain shower, sunken jacuzzi tub with room for two, dual vanity and again a beautiful view of the ocean plus private balcony with lounge chairs. The second bedroom has another comfortable queen bed, flat screen television, view of the ocean, private balcony and full size private bathroom. Both bedrooms are decorated with your comfort in mind and will
make you feel right at home.
This home is just a short (four home) walk to Windansea Beach,
a beach famous for its surfing and majestic white sandy beaches. Also
just a short ways away is La Jolla Village, offering a fun and delightful
atmosphere with unbeatable shopping at the numerous stores, galleries,
boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops.
Relax and BBQ with a gas grill on the patio or spend a fun day out exploring the beach, gallery's, shops or
even a drive to the mountains or desert. This beach neighborhood offers numerous recreational activities for the
entire family.
This home also includes off street parking for up to two cars in covered driveway. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.
We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee.
You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items available, please contact us.
Rates
$2,400/week or $400/night or $8,000/month during the Winter Season
$2,600/week or $433/night during Holidays
$2,800/week or $467/night during Mid Season
$3,100/week or $516.67/night during the Summer Season
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
