Sandpatch is a special place, sophisticated yet beachy and completely remodeled in June 2007. Our goal is to maximize your enjoyment, let the place enhance your time here and leave the rest up to you and your imagination. The Sandpatch properties are colorful and ideal for a vacation or short-term stay. They are a short walk from famous La Jolla Shores Beach and an enjoyable stroll from great dining and people watching. Sandpatch properties put you in a great environment and location with easy freeway access so if you want to venture out to see San Diego's other attractions you can do so without much hassle. The beautiful village of La Jolla with its shops, markets, galleries and restaurants is far enough away to remove you from any frenzy but close enough to take off a longer walk and enjoy. Once you arrive at Sandpatch you will feel like you are somewhere different and from that moment begin to relax and enjoy yourself.

Sandpatch 2 has a beachy, modern feel. You will be drawn outdoors to enjoy the redwood deck, shaded by fruit trees and a wide market umbrella, or to the paved back patio to read in the afternoon sun or fire up the b-b-q. The side garden is green and lush with a small sandbox set aside for kids to play. The place is fully fenced and gated so your time at home is private and secure.

Come inside to a bright, airy living area with hardwood floors and a clean, modern look. Relax on the sofa to listen to music, watch cable or enjoy the wood burning fire if the temperature drops a little low. Serve a hardy meal for family or friends at the large wood table.

This kitchen offers all of the amenities a cook would need with a charming touch of the original 50's tile work and cabinetry. It has good form and function, is roomy and a joy to use.

Sandpatch 2 is a two bedroom, one bath beach retreat. One room is furnished with a queen size bed and attractive furniture and custom window dressings. It has a built-in closet, hardwood floors and TV. The second room is bright and airy with two twin beds, built-ins and hardwood floors. All of your linen, towels and bedding are provided.

La Jolla Shores is a small piece of paradise by the sea. A popular destination throughout the year, it offers visitors and locals good year round weather, long beaches and good surfing. La Jolla Shores is nestled by La Jolla Cove to make the most of excellent water conditions for surfing, kayaking, swimming and exploring under the water's surface. The beach is patrolled throughout the year, is long and an easy destination for families. Both La Jolla and the Shores offers good dining opportunities, all amenities and conveniences in a village like atmosphere. You could be mistaken for feeling like you are on the coast in Europe with the breathtaking water views, alfresco dining and relaxed lifestyle. La Jolla and La Jolla Shores should be on everyone's vacation list.

This home also includes off street parking for one car in the driveway. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. **These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
