Property Description
The Perfect Penthouse is a beautiful new top floor unit, well-equipped with all new furnishings. The living space provides a contemporary
open kitchen, dining, and living room on the to maximize the ocean view. There are three bedrooms, one with an ocean view, and two baths. A great place
for couples, small families, or groups of 6 or fewer, looking for a memorable place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. A few steps away is either the beach or the bay and within a short walk are terrific restaurants,
shopping, and amusement park complete with oceanfront roller coaster.
The unit located on the same property right downstairs is our South Mission Getaway. Large groups can rent both units together to create a combined total of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeping space for up to 10 with 4 parking spaces all on one property.
The vaulted ceiling livingroom has comfortable seating and a flat-screen high
definition TV. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with every item you will need to make your family meal, including an island with a counter height bar, plus dining table for eight. A door off the living room
leads to the balcony, which has a gas grill and a bistro set to sit and enjoy the ocean view. Full laundering facilities are also located in the home. The master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with high definition TV and DVD player, and an attached bathroom with tiled shower enclosure. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 twin beds (beds can be combined to make a king size bed upon request), full closets and access to the adjacent full bathroom across the hallway with full size tub and shower.
There is high-speed internet access throughout the property for your laptop computer.
We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. Upon request we can also provide beach cruiser bicycles.
There are two off street parking spaces provided in the garage.
This home has forced air heating but does not have air conditioning.
In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items available, please contact us.

$2,160/week or $360/night or $5,900/month during the Winter Season
$2,700/week or $450/night during Holidays
$2,880/week or $480/night during Mid Season
$3,330/week during the Summer Season
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
