Gotta Getaway is a beautiful new ground floor unit, well-equipped with all new furnishings. The living space is comfortable and casual and opens up directly to the outdoor patio area for that indoor/outdoor living Southern California is known for. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, full size closet, sunny windows, a televison with full cable channels and bathroom with standing shower. The second bedroom also offers 2 twin beds (can be combined together to make a king size bed), full size closet and bathroom across the hall with full size tub and shower. A great place for couples, small families, or groups of 4 or fewer, looking for a memorable place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. A few steps away is either the beach or the bay and within a short walk are terrific restaurants, shopping, and amusement park complete with oceanfront roller coaster.

The unit located on the same property right upstairs is our South Mission Penthouse. Large groups can rent both units together to create a combined total of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeping space for up to 10 with 4 parking spaces all on one property.

The livingroom has comfortable seating and a flat-screen high definition TV. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with every item you will need to make your family meal, including dining table with seating for 6. The outside patio offers a gas grill and a outdoor dining table set to sit and enjoy the warm California sunshine. Full laundering facilities are also located on the property for your conenience.

There is high-speed internet access throughout the property for your laptop computer.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. Upon request we can also provide beach cruiser bicycles.

There are two tandem off street parking spaces provided along side the building. This home has forced air heating but does not have air conditioning.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5pm PST the day prior to your arrival. For a complete list of items available, please contact us.

$1,800/week or $300/night during Holidays

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and damage waiver
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
