This exclusive villa is the best kept secret in La Jolla!

Designer furnishings with flat screen TVs , cable, internet connection, home theater, dining area, loaded kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, patio furniture, bbq, outdoor jacuzzi, washer/dryer, and linens provided to accommodate up to 8 guests.

This home does not offer designated parking, however parking on the street is never an issue in this quiet residential neighborhood. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card. $3,500/week or $583/night during Holidays

**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
