The main level has a large family room with a large open kitchen, a living room with a pool table and bar and a formal dining room.

Beautifully built in 2007, this home offers so much... An excellent in-town location, plenty of space for family and friends, and a room for every need. The greatroom consists of a dream kitchen with all viking appliances and a sub-zero refrigerator, a huge island and all the bells and whistles, adjoining a large living room with a breakfast nook. The game room has a ruby red pool table, flat screen television, fireplace and a wet bar with a wine cooler. There is also a separate, formal dining room. The house is appointed with incredible high end art and furnishings. No expenses have been spared. The owner developed it for themselves with every amenity in mind.

The entire top level houses the master retreat with luxurious master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen television, view of the sparkling pacific ocean, private balcony and double-sided fireplace. The second floor has 4 bedrooms each with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. All beautifully appointed with high end furnishings and art.

An elevator services all three levels of the home, including the basement which has great storage and a finished garage that accommodates 4 or 5 cars. The finishes are top grade and include travertine flooring and beautiful stone selections. It's rare to find a large, new home in this most exciting, close-to-all location.

In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating and air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card.
