The Waverly Home has just been furnished with all new custom decorations and furnishings and put on the market as a vacation rental. This relaxing and sunny home boasts a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with sleeping space for up to 10 in 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 4 twin beds and an optional queen air mattress.

The home's spacious and quiet backyard includes large grassy area, a deck/patio space with comfortable outdoor couches surrounding the outdoor fireplace. There is also a gourmet gas bbq grill, tranquil outdoor dining table and chairs with shade umbrellas, pass thru window leading into the kitchen and flowering tropical plants which create the prefect place for families to spend a sunny afternoon together.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Birdrock community of La Jolla. This home is relaxing and peaceful with a large living room, open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout. The living room is fully equipped with a comfortable couch, 32 inch flat screen HD television with full cable channels, a dvd player and large sunny french doors that open up onto the patio and back yard. The cozy beach atmosphere in the home will make you feel relaxed and at the beach from the moment you walk in.

The kitchen is complete with all necessary appliances including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Plus this home has dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, margarita pitcher and glasses, pots and pans, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. There is lots of counter space plus a breakfast bar with two chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 plus large picture window which lets in the morning sun.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand tables with reading lamps on each side of the bed, large mirrored closets and its own private bathroom. In addition the master bedroom has french doors that open up to a private patio with peak ocean view. The second bedroom has a full size bed, full closet plus a large sunny window looking out into the tropical backyard. The colorful third bedroom has 2 twin beds (one is a trundle) and a nautical theme with custom paint. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a large comfortable chair for reclining. The main bathroom is just off the hall between the second and third bedroom. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.

This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay in our beach neighborhood. We provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, bicycles and wagon to carry everything with you so that you can better enjoy the area the way locals do.

This home also includes off street parking for two cars in the driveway. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and baby gates with the rental of this homes. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an additional delivery fee. You can also order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your credit card.
