Property Description
Bright, breezy, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking or microwave meals. Enjoy the year round sunny weather with people strolling or jogging on their way to the beach. The house is 1,050sf and on one level, ideal for seniors or families with children. The tranquil private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with a patio area for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbeque after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Plus the private bubbly hot Jacuzzi will melt away any sore muscles you have from learning to surf or chase the kids all around Sea World all day.

The livingroom has a spacious and comfortable leather couch with flat screen television, dvd player and surround sound stereo system for enjoying movies or your favorite sporting events on tv. The adjoining dining room has a seating for 6 around the table plus a berakfast bar that connects to the kitchen. The newly remodeled kitchen has hig end stainless steel appliances plus fully stocked cabinets with cooking utensils and pots and pans for you to cook your favorite family meals.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, lots of closet space, private bathroom and sliding glass doors that create easy access tot he private patio and Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed and is across the hall from the second bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the livingroom to provide sleeping space for up to 7 people in the home.

The yard area is fully enclosed with lockable gates. So it is perfect for families with small childen or pets. This home also includes off street parking for one car in the driveway. In addition, we provide a telephone with local phone service and high speed wireless internet service. A full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience. This home has forced air heating but no air conditioning.

We also provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a rolling cooler, horseshoes and a wagon so that you can better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small children, we provide a pak-n-play crib and highchair. You can also rent additional items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, noise monitor and baby gates, etc. for an additional delivery fee. We also provide grocery delivery service. You can order food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival.

We are within easy walking distance to the beach which is ideal for surfing, swimming, sun bathing and sand castle building. The energetic and fun shops, restaurants and nightlife of Garnet Avenue is just a short walk or bike ride away even though the neighborhood around the house is quiet and tranquil. . Pacific Beach offers an assortment of gourmet cafés, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques, surf shops, ice cream parlors and high end yoga studios. Walk to Crystal Pier, activities on beach all year long (free concerts, games, rides, surf camp for kids). There are also Farmers' Markets where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, organic foods, etc., every Saturday!

**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee or damage waiver.
**We require a minimum 3 night rental during the Winter, Holiday and Mid Seasons. We require a minimum one week, Saturday - Saturday rental during the summer season
